Triclosan 0.1%

Antiseptic

Dishwashing liquid containing an antimicrobial agent to inhibit bacterial activity on hands.

• For external use only.
• If eye contact occurs, rinse well with water for at least 15 minutes.

Do not use in or around eyes.

When using this product

• Rinse skin with water after use.
• Stop use and ask a doctor if skin or eye irritation occurs and continues.
  

Keep out of reach of children.

• For active long lasting suds, place ProVisions Pot & Pan Premium in sink and fill with a strong stream of water. Soak or scrub to achieve desired results.
• Dishes, Silverware and Glasses: Use 1/4 to 1 ounce per gallon of water for heavily soiled dishes.
• Heavily Soiled Pots and Pans: Add 1/2 to 2 ounces per gallon of water.

• Store at temperatures between 40°F and 120°F.
• Do not reuse empty container.
• Dispose of unused product in accordance with all applicable federal, state & local regulations.
