Drug Facts

Active Ingredients (in each gram)

Bacitracin Zinc (400 units of Bacitracin)

Neomycin sulfate (3.5 mg Neomycin)

Polymyxin-B Sulfate 5000 units

Lidocaine 40 mg

Purpose

First Aid Antibiotics

Anesthetic

Uses

First aid to help prevent infection and for the temporary relief of pain in

  • minor cuts
  • scrapes
  • burns

Warnings

For external use only

Do not use

  • in the eyes
  • over large areas of the body
  • if you are allergic to any of the ingredients
  • longer than 1 week unless directed by a doctor

Ask a doctor before use :

  • in case of deep or puncture wounds, animal bites, or serious burns
  • condition persists or gets worse
  • a rash or other allergic reaction develops

Keep this and all drugs out of the reach of children: If case of accidental ingestion, seek professional assistance or contact a poison control center right away.

Directions

Adults and children 12 years and older:

  • Clean affected area
  • Apply a small amount of this product (an amount equal to the surface area of a tip of finger) on area 1-3 times daily.
  • May be covered with a sterile bandage

Children under 12 years

  • Do not give to children under 12 years of age

Other Information

  • Store at 15°-25°C (59°-77°F)
  • Tamper evident sealed packets
  • Do not use any opened or torn packets
