Purpose

Antiseptic

• To decrease bacteria on skin that could cause disease
• Recommended for repeated use

Warnings

• FLAMMABLE, keep away from fire or flame.
• For external use only.

When using this product do not use in or near eyes. Eye Irritant.

Stop use if irritation or redness develops. If condition persists for more than 72 hours consult a doctor.

Keep out of reach of children.
If swallowed, seek immediate medical attention or call a poison control center.

Directions

Hand Sanitizer/Healthcare Personnel Handwash

Wet hands thoroughly with product and allow to dry without wiping.

Surgical Scrub

Clean under nails with pick. Nails should be maintained with a 1 millimeter free edge. Place 3 mL of product in the palm of the left hand. Dip the fingertips of the right hand into the product and work it under the nails. Spread the remaining product evenly over the right hand and spread over the hand and lower two-thirds of the forearm. Pay particular attention to the nails, the cuticles, and the interdigital spaces. Rub until dry. Repeat with the right hand. Place a third application of 3 mL of the product in the palm of one hand and spread over both hands to the wrist and rub into the skin until dry. Repeat with a fourth application of 3 mL.

Deionized water, Bis-PEG-10 Dimethicone/Dimer Dilinoleate, Methylpropanediol, Phenoxyethanol, Behentrimonium Methosulfate, PEG-7 Glyceryl Cocoate, Glycerin, Polyquaternium-6, PEG-45 Palm Kernel Glycerides, Cocamidopropyl PG-Dimonium Chloride Phosphate, FD&C Blue No.1, FD&C Yellow No.5.
