Salicylic Acid 0.5%

Purpose

Acne treatment

Use

For the treatment of acne.

Warnings

For external use only

Do not use – If you have a known allergy to Salicylic Acid or aspirin.

Ask doctor or pharmacist before use - If you are using other topical acne drugs at the same time or right after use of this product. This may increase dryness, redness, or irritation of the skin. If this occurs, only one medication should be used unless a doctor directs otherwise.

Stop use and ask a doctor - if irritation becomes severe.

When using this product - Skin irritation and dryness is more likely to occur if you use another topical acne medication at the same time. If irritation occurs, only use one topical acne medication at a time. Avoid contact with eyes. If contact occurs, flush thoroughly with water. Keep away from lips and mouth.

Keep out of reach of children. If swallowed, get medical help or contact a Poison Control Center immediately.

Directions

• Peel front label back to open.
• Unfold towelette and gently wipe over entire affected area. No need to rinse.
• Reseal pack after each use.
• Because excessive drying of the skin may occur, start with one application daily, then gradually increase to two or three times daily if needed or as directed by a doctor.
• If bothersome dryness or peeling occurs, reduce application to once a day or every other day.
• Reseal pack to prevent from drying.
• Dispose towelette in trash receptacle (do not flush).
