Triclosan 0.1%

Antiseptic

• Dishwashing liquid containing an antimicrobial agent to inhibit bacterial activity on hands.

For external use only.

• Rinse skin with water after use.
• Do not use in or around eyes. If eye contact occurs, rinse well with water for at least 15 minutes.

Stop use and ask doctor if skin or eye irritation occurs and continues.

Keep out of reach of children.

• For active long lasting suds, place ProVisions Pot & Pan Premium in sink and fill with a strong stream of water. Soak or scrub to achieve desired results.
• Dishes, Silverware and Glasses: Use 1/4 to 1 ounce per gallon of water for heavily soiled dishes.
• Heavily Soiled Pots and Pans: Add 1/2 to 2 ounces per gallon of water.

• Store at temperatures between 40°F and 120°F.
• Do not reuse empty container.
• Dispose of unused product in accordance with all applicable federal, state and local regulations.
