• External use only.
  
• Avoid contact with eyes, mucous membranes and broken or irritated skin.
  
• Do not swallow.
  

Stop use and ask doctor if

• symptoms persists for more than 2 days or if condition gets worse.
  

Keep away from reach of children

• If swallowed or in case of overdose, get medical help or contact a Poison Control Center right away. Quick medical attention is critical in case of overdose for children even if you don't notice any signs or symptoms.
  

Directions

• Apply generously and massage the affected area gently 3 times daily. Soothing relief is provided for minor arthritis pain, sore, aching and strained muscles and joints and backaches.
